What support do you offer?

We offer full technical support via phone and email as standard.

How much does support cost?

Nothing for support within  normal business hours. Only out of hours non-emergency support is chargeable. 

What about design support?

We offer a hand-holding service for the first 6 months, where we will help you get your designs working correctly this includes advice and support on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We call this 'hand-holding' support as we get any design coding issues fixed and tell you how we did it.

When is it available?

Support is available 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays [Victoria, Australia]).

What about emergency support?

In the unlikely case that your site goes down due to a problem with EzPz. We can be contacted by phone (free of charge) at any time.

Note: Any non-emergeny phone support outside of normal working hours is chargeable at $265 +GST per incident.
